Rates, Rental Agreement, Reservations

Rates include:
Discounted golf at resort's courses for $95/18 holes with cart and practice balls (rate may increase in 2027); free US/Canada phone; DSL; premium cable TV channels and Netflix; boogie boards, beach, snorkel gear; attached garage + reserved space. Master has king bed, 2nd bedroom has king or extra-long twins. Very comfortable queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Inflatable twin, queen bed or toddlers' Pack 'n' Play type playpen is available.

Fees and taxes:
Cleaning fee, $250. Hawaii taxes, 18.71%. $200 charge for 6th guest. Refundable security deposit is $300.

Policies:
Maximum number of guests is 6. Minimum age of responsible guest is 28. 5-7 nt minimum 4/17-12/15; 7-nt minimum 12/16-4/16. Please no smoking, pets or parties.

Cancellation policy:
Covid Exception: Travelers who cancel prior to travel due to travel lockdown to US from their home country or positive Covid test for any guest listed on rental agreement, verified by a doctor's test, will get back 100% of money paid. Guests who cancel 60+ days before check-in will get back 100% of money paid. Guests who cancel 30-60 days before check-in, will get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. Owners may cancel reservations with 60-days notice and full refund of payments. You may wish to get third party insurance, as we do not insure your trip. See www.travelinsurancereview.net.
